What You’ll Do

As the Registered Manager, you will:

Be the CQC Registered Manager for Walfinch Leeds
Lead, supervise, and develop a team of care staff
Oversee scheduling, rostering, and care delivery to ensure continuity and quality
Ensure full compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards and Walfinch policies
Drive growth and manage financial performance of the branch
Maintain accurate records and lead audits / inspections
Build relationships with clients, families, staff, and the local community

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

Experience as a Registered Manager (or Deputy ready to step up) in domiciliary care
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Adult Care
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards
Budget and business growth experience
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable:

Train the trainer
Experience supporting people with complex care needs
Track record of achieving positive CQC ratings
