About the Role

As our Registered Care Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our care service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and delivering person-centred care that empowers our clients to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the care team to deliver high-quality care

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and CQC standards

• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs

• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of care staff

• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Manager qualification (Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent)

• Proven experience in a care management role with a track record of business development

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices

• Passion for delivering outstanding care and driving continuous improvement

• Remain calm and composed under pressure and respond to challenging situations with empathy and confidence

• Lead with confidence, even in moments of uncertainty

• Foster a supportive environment for both clients and staff

• Demonstrate a highly flexible approach to changing needs and priorities

• Live locally or within easy reach of Enfield, ensuring strong community ties and reliable availability for out-of-hours responsibilities

• Hold a valid UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle for work-related travel
