Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in London for a Registered Manager Ofsted. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running and management of services, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards. Responsibilities include staffing, training, managing budgets, maintaining records, participating in inspections, ensuring high standards of care, and liaising with other professionals and agencies. The manager will also develop service policies, procedures, and improvement plans.

Qualifications

Experience in managing and leading a team
In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in managing budgets, maintaining records
Understanding of and ability to implement safeguarding practices
Ability to handle inspections and liaise with other professionals
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Social Work, or a related field
Previous experience in a managerial role within the healthcare sector is a plus
