Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager, located in Jarrow, South Tyneside. The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of care. The role includes coordinating with healthcare professionals, conducting performance reviews, handling budgets, and implementing care plans to meet individual client needs.

Skills

Leadership and Management skills including team management and staff development
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, particularly CQC requirements
Experience in care planning and client assessment
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
Relevant healthcare qualifications (NVQ Level 5 - or willing to work towards this qualification)
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
