Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Registered Manager, based in Epsom, Surrey, with opportunities for some remote work. The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential family assessment center, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include managing and supporting the multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care and assessments, maintaining ethical governance standards, and fostering positive outcomes for families. Additional duties may include participating in reflective practice sessions, leading case management reviews, and reporting on service quality metrics.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills, including recruitment, team supervision, and performance evaluation
Level 5 Qualification (or working towards this)
Experience with trauma-informed, psychodynamic, or attachment-based care practices
Knowledge of Ofsted regulatory frameworks and standards for residential care
Knowlege of ParentAssess
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
Organisational skills for scheduling, compliance reporting, and case management
Relevant qualifications such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent
Background in social work, psychotherapy, or a related profession is highly desirable
Commitment to ethical practice and a child-centered approach
