Role

The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent care and support to people within their own homes whilst promoting their independence and respecting their preferences and choices.
You will be required to help individuals with specific needs in accordance with their person-centred care plans.
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to work full-time or part-time hours to include every other weekend, with a minimum of 2 evenings a week.
The ideal candidate would have an NVQ level in health care / desirable but not essential.
A variety of shifts are available, which can be discussed further at the interview.
