About

I am a caring, reliable, and hardworking person with over 18 years of experience in support work, administration, customer service, teaching, supervision, and community support. Over the years, I have developed strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well with people from different backgrounds.

I have experience supporting adults, children, and vulnerable individuals through both professional roles and voluntary work. I also have more than 17 years of volunteering experience in my church, where I provided emotional, practical, and social support to people within the community.

My previous roles have helped me become patient, organised, compassionate, and able to remain calm under pressure. I enjoy helping others, building positive relationships, and contributing to a supportive environment.

I hold a BSc in Public Administration, a Master of Public Administration (MPA), and an MSc in International Marketing & Management from the University of Dundee. I am always willing to learn, grow professionally, and make a positive difference wherever I work.
