I am an experienced Health and Social Care professional with over 10 years of experience in residential care, having progressed from a Health Care Assistant and Receptionist to Senior Team Leader, Deputy Home Manager, and Registered Manager. I formally transitioned into my current Registered Manager role in May 2026 after serving as Deputy Home Manager.
