I am an experienced HCA /TL in providing excellent standards of care, compassionate in supporting the residents in their everyday lives, passionate about making a difference in people's lives, safeguarding them from abuse, neglect and harm, whilst promoting diversity and knowing that to treat people equally you have to treat people differently and hence promoting and practicing person cenctred care .
