I am an experienced and compassionate Deputy Care Home Manager with over 15 years of experience in adult social care across residential, nursing, live-in, and community care settings.

Currently, I support the operational management of a care home, working closely with the Registered Manager to maintain high standards of care, regulatory compliance, quality, and resident experience.

I am skilled in quality assurance, governance, audits, investigations, safeguarding, care planning, medication management, and staff performance.
