About
I am a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistant with over two years of UK healthcare experience. I currently work as a Care Assistant at HC-One and previously worked as a Support Worker at Nest Support Services, where I supported people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.
I have experience providing person-centred care, personal care, mobility support, nutrition and hydration, emotional support, infection prevention and control, safeguarding, and maintaining accurate electronic care records. I work well both independently and as part of a team and always promote dignity, respect, and independence.
I hold a Care Certificate and a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, and I am currently completing the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF). I have also completed training in PMVA, Safeguarding, Dementia Care, First Aid, Manual Handling, Basic Life Support, and Person-Centred Care.
