At Care Management Solutions Ltd, we provide therapeutic, high-quality residential care for children and young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties. Who We Are
We are a family-led organisation that has been providing residential childcare since 2005. We are committed to a therapeutic approach that focuses on the individual needs of every child in our care. We believe that residential living should be an extension of a family environment, where our staff provide the consistent, compassionate, and trauma-informed support necessary to help young people move forward from their past experiences.
What We Do
We operate specialised children’s homes—including our established site, Premier House—designed to offer a holistic care experience:
- Therapeutic Care: We utilise the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) and trauma-informed practice to build trusting, restorative relationships with the children we support.
- Complex Needs Support: Our homes are equipped to provide intensive, 24/7 support for young people with diverse emotional and behavioural challenges.
- Integrated Development: We work closely with our residents to build life skills, social confidence, and educational engagement to prepare them for successful transition into adulthood.

Industry Role
We operate as a Specialist Children’s Residential Care Provider. Our role is to act as a vital partner to local authorities, offering the professional, high-intensity support required for young people who cannot currently live in traditional home settings. We provide the stability, safety, and therapeutic input needed to bridge the gap between crisis and long-term recovery.
