Care Management Solutions Ltd has been dedicated to providing nurturing and supportive environments for young people aged 8 to 17 since 2005. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking an exceptional individual to serve as Registered Manager and lead our team to success.

Responsibilities:

As Registered Manager, you will:

Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and management of the residential care home.
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies and procedures.
Develop and implement care plans and strategies to meet the individual needs of each child and young person.
Oversee budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation for the home.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and outcomes for children and young people.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within a residential care setting.
Registered Manager qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Empathy and understanding towards children and young people.
Willingness to undergo a DBS check before commencing work.
