About Us
At Change Grow Live, we operate as a leading national charity dedicated to helping individuals change their lives, grow as people, and live fulfilling futures free from harm. Established with a core commitment to social equality and recovery, our mission is built on providing accessible, compassionate, and non-judgmental support for people facing challenges with substance use, mental health, homelessness, and related difficulties.
Who We Are
Headquartered in London and operating hundreds of community-based services across England and Wales, our organisation brings together professional support workers, specialist clinicians, outreach teams, and dedicated volunteers. Many of our staff and volunteers bring lived experience to their roles, enabling deep empathy and authentic connections with the people who walk through our doors. We collaborate closely with local authorities, the NHS, criminal justice services, and community partners to deliver integrated care.
What We Do
We deliver an integrated suite of specialist community health and social support solutions:
- Substance Use & Recovery Services: Providing confidential advice, clinical treatment, harm reduction programmes, and structured rehabilitation support for individuals dealing with drug or alcohol dependency.
- Mental Health & Wellbeing Support: Offering counselling, emotional support, and guided pathways to help individuals manage mental health challenges and build emotional resilience.
- Housing & Homelessness Services: Delivering outreach support, emergency accommodation assistance, and tenancy sustainment help for vulnerable and displaced individuals.
- Criminal Justice & Rehabilitation: Working within prisons and communities to support individuals through rehabilitation, reducing reoffending, and helping people transition back into society.
- Young People & Family Services: Providing targeted guidance, education, and support for young people and families affected by substance use, exploitation, or adversity.
Our Approach & Values
- Person-Centred Respect: Treating every individual with dignity, believing in their potential for positive change regardless of their past or current circumstances.
- Non-Judgmental Compassion: Creating safe, welcoming spaces where people can seek help openly without fear of stigma or discrimination.
- Empowered Recovery: Equipping individuals with the practical tools, confidence, and community networks needed to take control of their own health and future.
