Who We Are

Operating nationally across England and the broader UK care sector, our organisation encompasses both specialised social work education pathways (such as the national Frontline social work programme) and regulated community care providers (such as Frontline Care & Support Services). Our network brings together experienced social work practitioners, educators, and dedicated care professionals committed to robust safeguarding and positive social impact.

What We Do

We deliver an integrated suite of social work training, statutory child protection pathways, and community support services:

• Social Work Training & Leadership Programmes: Running intensive, fully funded graduate pathways (such as Approach Social Work) that equip future practitioners with master's degrees, practical field tools, and leadership skills to protect children and support families.
• Domiciliary & Personal Care Services: Providing scheduled daily home care visits, personal support assistance, and tailored living support for vulnerable adults in community settings.
• Specialised Residential & Social Work Support: Supporting children's social services, local authorities, and residential care facilities with professional safeguarding resources and trained personnel.
• Family & Child Protection Services: Focusing on early intervention, child-centred protection, and evidence-based practice to help children at risk live in safe, stable homes.
