Who We Are
Established in 2012 by Andrew Bush, our organisation is shaped by lived experience of high-level spinal cord injury. Fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we bring together experienced care management professionals, trained personal assistants, and dedicated support networks to deliver bespoke care packages across the UK.
What We Do
We deliver an integrated suite of specialist live-in care and daily living solutions:
- Specialised Spinal Cord Injury Support: Providing expert, round-the-clock live-in care tailored to the unique clinical, physical, and lifestyle requirements of individuals with spinal trauma.
- Complex Personal Care: Assisting with specialised routines including bladder and bowel management, washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe transfers.
- Domestic & Household Management: Helping with cooking, meal preparation, shopping, laundry, and general household maintenance.
