The Truth Group is an organisation dedicated to providing outstanding residential care for children and young people. We focus on creating safe, nurturing homes where young people aged 7 to 17 can thrive, heal, and reach their full potential.

Who We Are

We are a therapeutic-led organisation built on a child-centred ethos. We believe that every young person deserves a space where they feel valued, understood, and empowered. What We Do

We provide specialised, trauma-informed residential care. Our work is designed to support young people who are living with emotional and behavioural difficulties:

• Therapeutic Residential Care: We create small, safe home environments for up to four children, ensuring they receive the consistent, individualised support they need.
• Trauma-Informed Support: Our approach is rooted in best practice and research. We understand the impact of adverse childhood experiences and ensure every interaction is thoughtful, intentional, and sensitive.
• Person-Centred Planning: We tailor our support to the unique strengths, goals, and needs of each young person, working collaboratively with them and their families toward meaningful change.

Industry Role

We operate as a Specialist Children’s Residential Care Provider. Our role is to act as a vital strategic partner to local authorities, delivering high-intensity care for young people who require a stable, therapeutic environment outside of traditional care settings. We bridge the gap between acute clinical needs and community living, ensuring that our residents have the professional support and life skills necessary to transition successfully into adulthood.
