The Truth Group is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a brand-new therapeutic children’s home in East Molesey, Surrey.

Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or willingness to achieve)
- Strong experience within residential children’s services
- Excellent leadership, safeguarding and team development skills
- Commitment to therapeutic, trauma-informed practice
- Passion for achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people
Experienced Registered Managers are encouraged to apply. Exceptional Deputy Managers who are ready to take the next step into registration will also be considered.
