Role Description
Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an award-winning care provider to find a Home Manager for one of their homes in Liverpool, Merseyside. The Home Manager will oversee the daily operations of the residential / Dementia home, ensuring exceptional care and service for residents.
Key responsibilities include staff management, budgeting, compliance with healthcare regulations, and communication with residents' families. The Home Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing care plans and maintaining a high standard of living for all residents.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Staff management and leadership skills
- Financial management and budgeting experience
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in elderly care or residential home management
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare management
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Salary
Circa £80,000 per annum + Bonuses
Location
This role is based in Liverpool, Merseyside.
