Pay: £12.79–£15.90 per hour + paid travel time and mileage

We’re a family-run, CQC Good provider and homecare.co.uk Top 20 Recommended. Most visits are 45–60+ minutes and our caseload is mainly private clients, so you have time to do things properly and enjoy steadier rotas. Routes are planned locally around Ferndown to minimise back-tracking.
What you’ll do
- Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
- Medication prompts and meal preparation
- Mobility support, wellbeing check-ins and companionship
- Light housework and clear notes in the app after each call
What you’ll get

- We pay for care time and travel time between calls, plus mileage

- Paid induction and ongoing training (Care Certificate, NVQ 2–3)

Who we’re looking for
- Warm, reliable people with a full UK driving licence and a car
- Right to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS
- Experience helpful but not essential
