You possess the ability to not only attend to the physical needs of our residents but to also nourish their spirits, engage their minds, and ensure their comfort. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Support residents’ emotional and social needs, offering companionship, engagement, and encouragement.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individual care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behaviour, and needs, ensuring a timely and appropriate response.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is preferred, but not essential.
- Previous experience in a care setting is advantageous, but we also welcome those new to care with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient nature.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to respecting the dignity and individuality of all our residents.
- Hours of work: 7am to 1pm(6 shift) or 1pm to 7pm (6 shift) or 7am to 7pm (12 shift)
