We’re looking for a Care Coordinator with strong administrator skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer care.
In this newly created role, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, the first friendly voice our customers and care assistants hear, helping to ensure every care visit runs smoothly and every customer receives the support they deserve.

What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator (essential)
- Confident communicator – both written and verbal
- Excellent administrator and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities and Duties Include:
- Coordinate day-to-day care schedules and arrange cover for care assistant holidays or absences.
- Ensure there is sufficient cover for every customer’s care is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Use our digital systems to match care assistants with customers, considering skills, preferences, travel routes and continuity of care.
- Support care assistants to maintain a healthy work/life balance while meeting service needs.
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls, offering friendly, professional support to staff and customers.
- Work closely with the wider Bluebird Care team and other health professionals to maintain outstanding care standards.
- Take part in the out-of-hours on-call rota (1 week in every 4).
- Handle general admin tasks, keep electronic records up to date and prepare reports as required for the Registered Manager.
