This particular role is working evenings between 4/5pm and 10pm.
We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Home Care Professional to join our amazing Home Instead Taunton branch working in the Taunton and Wellington areas.
Pay: £13.00 an hour on weekdays and £13.75 on weekends PLUS DOUBLE PAY on bank holiday and mileage paid at 0.45p per mile.
Hours per week: We have contracts for staff to work between 10 and 39 hours per week.
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Providing meal preparation for the clients evening meal
- Medication support
- preparation for bed & their bedtime routine
- ensuring the house is left secure and the client safe overnight.
