We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Home Care Professional to join our amazing Home Instead Taunton branch, working in the Taunton and Wellington areas.
Pay: £13.00 an hour on weekdays and £13.75 on weekends, PLUS DOUBLE PAY on bank holidays and mileage paid at 0.45p per mile.
Hours per week: We have contracts for staff to work between 10 and 39 hours per week. All staff work alternative weekends to make it fair.
Working times: We have excellent working hours to suit EVERYONE, which are:
- Between 8 am and 2 pm
- Between 4 pm and 10 pm
- Please note that we can offer other shift patterns to suit people’s personal needs.

Key responsibilities:
- Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, medication,and light housework
- Accompanying appointments or shopping
- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
