Support Worker

We are currently seeking skilled Support Workers to join our team across the boroughs of Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea. This role focuses on supporting individuals with complex needs that may include behaviors that challenge, using behavior intervention approaches, strength-based support, and trauma-informed practice to make a real difference in people’s lives.
What Will You Be Doing?
Our Support Workers work directly with service users, promoting independence, wellbeing, and confidence. Support may include:
- Implementing behaviour intervention and de-escalation strategies
- Delivering trauma-informed, person-centered care
- Supporting with personal care and daily living activities
- Encouraging and enabling independence at home and in the community
- Building trust and providing emotional support
- Promoting confidence, social inclusion, and resilience
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for compassionate, patient, and resilient individuals who are committed to improving the quality of life for people with complex needs. You must be able to stay calm under pressure, remain professional, and adapt quickly in challenging situations.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in:
- Supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge
- Care, support work, education, or health and social care settings
- Using person-centered and trauma-informed approaches
Applicants must be local to Westminster,Kensington and Chelsea and familiar with the community.

Requirements:
- Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
- Must pass an Enhanced DBS check
- Attend and pass a full 4-day induction training course
- Provide references from previous employers
- Must live local to Westminster and/or Kensington and Chelsea surrounding areas
- Must be available during core hours (07:00 to 14:00, 16:00 to 22:00)
