As part of a wider group of homes, you’ll have the benefit of peer support from fellow managers and weekly meetings with the senior leadership team. We value collaboration, creativity, and putting young people at the heart of everything we do.
You will need:
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
• At least 1 year of managerial experience in a children’s home
• Confidence with Ofsted requirements
• A child-first approach and strong team leadership skills
