Position: Registered Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £55,000 - £57,000 per annum (DOE) + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: Full-time
Rizq Recruit is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established, small, friendly home with a strong family ethos.
With a GOOD CQC rating, this family-run residential care home provides high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment to work in.
Due to the retirement of their current manager, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead the home into its next chapter.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:
- Support daily operations to deliver safe, high-quality, compliant care
- Assist with staff recruitment, development, and rota management
- Help manage resident admissions, care planning, and well-being
- Support health and safety, budgets, and stakeholder communication
Requirements as a Registered Manager:
- Senior management experience in a care or residential setting, preferably in elderly or dementia care
- Level 5 Leadership/Care Management qualification (desirable)
