Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager located in Swindon. The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization’s services, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting staff, developing and implementing service plans, maintaining quality standards, and monitoring budgets.
- The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, providing leadership to the team, and maintaining a person-centered approach to support services.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in supervising and motivating teams
- Proven ability to develop service plans, monitor budgets, and ensure quality standards
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards within the care sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- A passion for supporting individuals and the ability to maintain a person-centered approach
- Relevant professional qualification in social care, health care, or a related field
- Experience in housing or homelessness prevention services is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in IT systems and record-keeping is an asset
