Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, for a Social Work Qualified Registered Manager. The Registered Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and management of residential services, ensuring a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for young people.
Key responsibilities

Qualifications
- Professional qualifications in Social Work and registration with the relevant regulatory body in the United Kingdom.
- Proven leadership and management skills with experience supervising teams in a residential care or social work environment.
- Strong knowledge of child protection, safeguarding policies, and relevant regulatory frameworks in the United Kingdom.
- Excellent communication, report-writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of therapeutic approaches and evidence-based practices in young people’s support services.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to supporting the well-being of young people.
- Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and staff development is an advantage.
