My client in Alton is seeking friendly, reliable Care Assistants to work full-time in their ‘Good’ rated CQC care home.
In a stunning purpose-built 34-bedded dementia care home in Alton, my client is building a vibrant and welcoming care home where residents and their families enjoy award-winning residential care. My client is looking to recruit well-experienced Care Assistants who are ready to take on a new challenge.
Requirements/Duties for Care Assistant Role
- Care Assistant Full Time – 36 – 48 hours contacted per week
- Happy to work 12-hour shifts (8 am – 8 pm/8 pm to 8 am)
- Alternate weeks
- 35-bedded Care Home
- Specialises in elderly and Dementia residents
- 1 year minimum experience as a Care Assistant
Duties for Care Assistant Role:
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
