Home Care Assistant
Gender: Male or Female applicants.
Note: Due to the location, applicants must have a car.
Shift: 4 pm to 10 pm.
No Sponsorships available, only able to offer 20 hours per week as additional to the existing sponsor.
To be a domiciliary care worker, you need to have a genuine interest in helping people to maintain their quality of life and independence, regardless of the potential barriers they face.
Role
- You must be patient, kind, and sympathetic to the difficulties that an individual faces.
- Your role is to facilitate their independence as much as possible and encourage their well-being at the same time.
- As a domiciliary care worker, you will have to administer medication.
- No experience necessary as full training is provided.
- CQC (Care Quality Commission) registered.
- Opportunities to study for Diploma qualifications as you work.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic IT proficiency
- Ability to follow care plans and provide home care support
- Valid for transportation needs
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new caregiving techniques
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, suitable for assisting individuals in a home setting
