We’re proudly rated GOOD by CQC, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant who’s ready to bring energy, leadership and heart to our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Senior Care Assistant, you’ll be the steady pair of hands on shift, supporting residents and guiding the team with confidence and kindness.
You’ll:
- Support residents with personal care, dressing, mobility and daily living
- Help develop, review and update person-centred care plans
- Lead and support junior staff to maintain high standards
- Communicate warmly and professionally with families and healthcare professionals
- Drive residents safely to appointments or social outings (yes, you’ll need to be confident behind the wheel!)
- Keep accurate, high-quality records using our digital systems
- Spot changes in health or behaviour and act promptly
- Champion dignity, respect and independence every single day
Who We’re Looking For
We need someone who:
- Has previous experience in a senior care role
- Can lead a team with confidence (and a bit of flair!)
- Communicates clearly and kindly — whether that’s with residents, families or colleagues
- Is comfortable using IT systems for care documentation
- Has a genuine passion for elderly care
- Brings energy, initiative and a positive attitude to every shift
