Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Performance Bonuses
Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full Time | Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead a community-based care service in Ipswich.
This service supports individuals to remain independent in their own homes through tailored, person-centred care that focuses on dignity, compassion, and consistency.
This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving quality, and developing a service that makes a real difference in the local community.
You will have the autonomy to lead the service while being supported by an experienced leadership team that understands the realities of delivering care.

Your Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care standards
• Recruit, develop, and support care staff and coordinators
• Maintain high-quality, person-centred care delivery
• Oversee care planning, assessments, and service reviews
• Implement quality assurance systems and audits
• Support service development and growth within the local area
• Build strong partnerships with families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals
About You
• Current or previous Registered Manager within domiciliary care
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and governance
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care
