We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated leader to oversee the daily operations of our clients Domiciliary care services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring they continue to deliver exceptional care that meets all regulatory standards.
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead my clients' Essex hub, covering homecare services across this area. We need someone who understands what it takes to mobilise and manage commissioned care at a high level.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and inspire our care team, promoting professional growth and a positive, supportive work environment.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of personalised care plans that reflect each service user’s unique needs and uphold best practice standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements, safeguarding procedures, and all relevant legislation.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families.
- Manage the financial performance of the service, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care setting.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations, with a proven track record of maintaining positive CQC ratings.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with the confidence to inspire, motivate, and manage a dedicated team
