Care Home: Burrow Down Support Services
Salary: £46,000 - £48,000 per annum
Location: Covering Brixham, Paignton & Torquay
Essential: UK Driving Licence

Burrow Down Support Services is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our supported living services across Brixham, Paignton, and Torquay.

About The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, compliance, and performance of multiple services.
You will ensure the delivery of safe, effective, responsive, and well-led support in line with CQC regulations and best practice standards.
You Will
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across several locations
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and maintain strong inspection outcomes
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and quality assurance processes
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Support recruitment, development and retention of staff
- Build positive relationships with families, professionals and local authorities
- Promote a culture of person-centred, outcome-focused support
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) within an autism and/or learning disabilities setting
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working within CQC regulatory frameworks
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, MCA, DoLS, and person-centred planning
- Experience managing multiple services or complex care environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
