OFSTED children’s home
I’m currently working with a fantastic children’s residential care provider looking to appoint an experienced Registered Manager for a new children’s home.

The role will involve:
• Leading and developing a residential care team
• Ensuring the home operates to OFSTED standards and regulations
• Creating a safe, therapeutic environment for children and young people
• Driving high standards of care, safeguarding, and outcomes
Ideal candidate:
- Experience working within children’s residential care
- Leadership/management experience within a children’s home
- Working towards or holding Level 5 Leadership & Management
- Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding
