Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Registered Manager role located in Banbury. The Registered Manager will oversee all daily operations of the care facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality care standards.
Responsibilities include staff management, developing personalised care plans, monitoring service delivery, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of residents, and engaging with families and external agencies to address concerns. The role also involves maintaining documentation and records, auditing processes, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care services.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in staff supervision and team development
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards within the healthcare or care industry
- Proficiency in record-keeping, auditing, and report-writing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to person-centered care and well-being
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with families and external regulatory authorities
- Relevant professional qualifications in health and social care management (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a senior care role or as a Registered Manager is preferred
- Proficiency in using care management systems and technology is an advantage
