About the role
Unlike national providers managed from afar, our heart and infrastructure are right here in Cornwall. You’ll be supported by our Newquay-based central team, including dedicated HR, Recruitment, and a specialist PBS team of Behaviour Analysts. Having our expertise grounded locally means you get face-to-face coaching and hands-on support whenever you need it.
As a Registered Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a residential setting.

You will report to a Senior Manager who is locally based and understands the specific nuances of the Cornish care landscape. Our Managing Director and Nominated Individual are also based at our Newquay office, fostering a culture of transparency and direct communication
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a management role within health and social care (ideally 2+ years)
- Strong knowledge of autism, learning disabilities, safeguarding, and CQC frameworks
- A values-driven, resilient leader who leads with empathy and integrity
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards
- Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
- Full UK driving licence
