About the Role
You will be supporting a young female in her own home, providing tailored, one-to-one care and support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Your role may include:
- Supporting daily routines and personal care
- Encouraging independence and life skills
- Supporting activities, hobbies, and community access
- Providing emotional reassurance and companionship
- Ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring
- Reliable, committed, and professional
- Able to build positive, trusting relationships
- Confident working independently in a home environment
- Flexible and adaptable to individual needs
Essential:
- Previous care/support experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Female applicant (due to the nature of the role)

Pay & Benefits
- £13.50 – £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Enhanced rates may be discussed at the interview
- Full training provided
- Sponsorship opportunities available after 3-month induction
