Pay: £38000 - £42000

Our client, a new Franchise operator for a national Care corporate, is setting up a new franchise in a new location, set to become a dynamic and rapidly growing business.
Specialising in providing top-notch home care services to clients in Northampton and surrounding areas, they are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Care Manager to join the team and be instrumental in driving growth and assisting in setting up the new branch offering live-in and domiciliary care to clients in the area. They offer a supportive and collaborative working environment, working hand in hand with the Franchisee and head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and push the business through CQC Registration alongside the head office, and drive forward with initial packages and clients.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the care service, including recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff, always ensuring sufficient staff are available.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual clients, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Monitor care services to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards, and company policies and procedures.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction and trust in our services
- Ensure quality care is delivered at all times, upholding care standards and frameworks of CQC and the company's Policies and Procedures.
- Drive business growth through effective networking initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities, and working together with the Franchisee.
Requirements:
- Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or a degree in a relevant Health and Social Care area of training.
- Proven experience in a domiciliary care role within the Home Care sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC Regulations, report writing, and auditing.
- Own car and full UK driver's licence.
