Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Durham for a Registered Manager at Dale Care Ltd. The Registered Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, high-quality care delivery, and the well-being of service users and staff.
Responsibilities include staff management, liaising with regulatory bodies, maintaining safety and operational effectiveness, and ensuring the organization meets all legal and ethical standards. The role requires proactive leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to fostering a positive care environment while achieving service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, including recruitment, supervision, and staff development
- Expertise in operational management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and meeting care quality standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with stakeholders, service users, and regulatory bodies
- Knowledge of care industry standards and safeguarding practices
- Experience with care planning, risk assessment, and the ability to uphold high levels of service-user satisfaction
- Proficiency with digital tools and systems for operational efficiency and record-keeping
- A Registered Manager qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care) is essential
- Experience in person-centered care and a strong commitment to community-focused service delivery
