Role: Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Surrey Hills
Pay: £42,000 – £45,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in the Surrey Hills area.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Leading, managing, and supporting the care team
- Driving quality, growth, and service development
- Managing care plans, assessments, and staff performance
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Promoting a positive and person-centred care culture
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Passion for delivering high-quality care
- Full UK driving licence preferred
