Penhellis House actively encourages staff to develop their knowledge and skills. You will be supported by the home regarding your development, and you will be expected to be proactive in your learning and development to complete the requirements.
Your role will include ensuring that residents' healthcare needs are met and that people are supported in making decisions about their care and promoting their independence. You will be responsible for professionally providing person-centred, holistic care and working closely with all teams throughout the home.
