As a Care Assistant, you must:
- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- To be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sponsorship
- Have 6 months of prior UK-based experience in a professional healthcare setting
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
- Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
- Some weekend work might be required
