Registered Manager – Walfinch Glasgow South
Walfinch Glasgow South is growing, and we are looking for a Registered Manager to lead the branch.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality home care, building a strong team of carers, and growing the service across the local area.
This is not just a care role. It is an opportunity to take ownership of a branch and shape how it operates.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring clients receive safe, effective and person-centred home care. You will lead your team, maintain compliance, and drive the branch forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of high-quality home care services
- Ensure full compliance with Care Inspectorate standards
- Lead, recruit and develop a team of carers
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments and reviews
- Build relationships within the local community
- Grow the client base and support business development
- Maintain accurate records, audits and reporting
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a care management or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of care compliance and regulations
- Confident leadership and team management skills
- Organised, proactive and able to take ownership
- Commercial awareness and a drive to grow a service
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification aligned with SSSC requirements
- Typically SCQF Level 7 or above
