Bank Support Worker – Supported Living & Residential Services

Hours: Full-time / Part-time (flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, where required)

Precious Homes is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our teams across supported living and residential services in Kings Heath, Dudley, and Sutton Coldfield.
You will be supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity, and positive outcomes in every aspect of their daily lives.
A successful candidate must be able to attend 5 days induction
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to adults with autism and learning disabilities
- Support individuals with daily living skills, including personal care where required
- Promote independence, confidence, and community involvement
- Support with medication (following training and competency checks)
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans and risk assessments
- Work as part of a team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Use positive behaviour support approaches when required

- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and commitment to providing high-quality support
- Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
Important Information
- This role covers multiple services, so flexibility to travel between locations is essential
- You must be able to attend a 5-day induction training programme prior to starting
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Shift work will include evenings, weekends, and potentially sleep-ins depending on service needs
