We are seeking compassionate and dedicated female care workers to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. Due to the personal care needs of our clients, this role is open to female applicants only, in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, where gender is a genuine occupational requirement.
Based in our Guildford office, you will report to the Deputy Care Manager to provide support to our service users.

Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Assist service users with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support to the service users and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the service users
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for the service users
Qualifications
- Right to Work Required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A nursing degree or Care-related qualification is preferred but not essential

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
