Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Assistant based in Portsmouth.
- The Care Assistant will support clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and medication management.
- The role also involves offering companionship and emotional support, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients while maintaining their dignity and independence.

Qualifications
- Experience in Caregiving and Dementia Care
- Proficiency in safe Manual Handling techniques
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanour with a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in a similar role or in healthcare is a plus
- Relevant training or certification in caregiving and manual handling is advantageous
