Support Worker / Health Care Assistant (Full Time)
Location: Saltburn-by-the-Sea
Hourly Rate: £15.00
Weekdays: 15:30- 20:30 (supporting at home)
- Weekends: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Night shifts: 8:30 pm to 08:30 am

We’re hiring Support Workers in Saltburn-by-the-Sea to join our dedicated team and provide exceptional care to a male teenager with complex needs and a severe learning disability. We are looking for someone who has experience with this, along with epilepsy and seizure management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Open to male and female candidates.
- Previous care experience is essential.
- A commitment to working flexibly as and when required.
- Experience with epilepsy and seizure management
- Driver is essential
- Applicants must have full, unrestricted work rights in the UK and the ability to work here on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship.
- You must hold an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service to start this role.* If you do not currently have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service, you will be responsible for the cost of obtaining one*.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting a teenage male with his day-to-day activities and promoting independence.
- Supporting teenage males while at school, working to schools policy and procedures
- Providing personal care, emotional support, and companionship.
- Helping with community involvement and social activities.
- Delivering high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
