Many of our team choose to work 48-hour shift patterns, typically completing five shift sets over four weeks. This provides longer periods of rest and recovery between shifts, allowing staff to enjoy more quality time away from work.
We also recognise that one size does not fit all therfore, we offer flexibility to accommodate individual circumstances. Some colleagues prefer to work 24-hour shift patterns, while others choose 48-hour shifts, enabling them to find a working pattern that best suits their personal commitments and lifestyle.
